We believe in empowering kids. As they learn the art and science of meditation through interactive play, story telling and practice, they learn life skills for living a more mindful life: less reactive, anxious or stressed, more focused, calm and resilient.

What we eat affects our emotional landscape and our emotions can affect our food choices. Therefore, in addition to mindfulness, it is important to nourish your children with high quality fruits and vegetables. Children love the naturally sweet and colorful choices available at Vibe Well. Schedule your child's next birthday party at Vibe Well (after hours), where they can make their own acai bowls or order them an acai birthday "cake" (advance orders only please).
