Open Meditation

Leave your shoes and worries at the door then settle into one of our meditation cushions or chairs for a time of reprieve, where you can enjoy our zen zone for as long as you would like. Except for the first day of the month, when we will offer a screen-free room, bring your smartphone and headphones. If you're not using an app for guidance you'll hear us ring a tone three times to end your meditation 10 minutes before Open Meditation ends if necessary. Open meditation is available for a LOVE based donation.
