Qigong is an ancient and sacred practice that can be described as moving meditation and is designed to help augment the flow of qi, or subtle life force energy, throughout the body. We are very excited to begin offering classes in September… Please join us as we begin introducing this ancient practice of mindfulness, physical development and personal healing to the community in Fenton. This is every week on Wednesday and Friday from 7pm-8pm!
