Please join us on June 17th from 6:00-7:30 for a guided practice with the Crim Mindfulness Team and to learn more about how you can support their programming. The Crim Mindfulness Initiative supports individuals to develop stress resilience, grow as leaders, and increase well-being through the daily practice of mindfulness. Crim collaborates with partners to create conditions for all Flint residents to thrive by providing evidence-based, trauma-informed mindfulness trainings, events, and programs.
