2nd-5th Grade Mindfulness Series Starts today!

This is a 6 week series. In this class children learn the science underlying mindfulness as well as numerous practical ways to practice and implement mindfulness in their lives. Games and stories are used to bring a playful element to the class. With regular practice focus, grades, performance in sports, other activities, and relationships often improve.

Class starts Thursday May 2 and runs through June 13th, skipping the week of May 23.
