Beyond Gratitude: How to Cultivate More in Your Life to be Grateful For

After exploring the general premise of mindfulness meditation and doing a brief meditation participants will experience how to expand a sense of gratitude into their everyday life, even when life is challenging, and then how to create more in their lives to be grateful for.

Class will begin with 15 mins of mindful eating and will include a mini acai bowl for sampling. This is an adult only class.
