Movement Meditation with Allyson

This one hour class offers 45 minutes of Yin Yoga and 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra and is perfect for those who are on a healing journey or for those who are on a path of rediscovering who they really are.

Yin consists of long-held, passive poses that allow you to relax into your body in order to release stress, tension, and anything that no longer serves you, both physically & emotionally.

**Please bring a yoga mat
