Tips, tools and accountability for a healthy and happy holiday season! This 4 week class will meet once a week on Tuesdays for 1 hour, hosted by Jennifer and Christine, owners of Vibe Well, and Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coaches. Topics include Mindful Eating, Healthy Boundaries, Intention Setting, Busting Sugar Cravings, and MUCH more! This will also include a private Facebook for accountability and sharing. The 1 hour sessions will be live each week for those that cannot make it into Vibe Well.
