Qigong is an ancient and sacred practice that can be described as moving meditation and is designed to help augment the flow of qi, or subtle life force energy, throughout the body.

Qigong literally means “life force cultivation” and is an extremely powerful practice, having been shown to reduce stress, improve all aspects of wellbeing, and even support healing and regeneration within the body. With consistent practice, practitioners can expect to quickly begin cultivating health and wellness physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Yi Chuan is a specific form of Qigong developed as the distillation of the essence of qigong practice as both a martial art and as a powerful healing system.
